Chester Paul Bausis

Chester Paul Bausis 86 of Whiting, NJ passed at Community Medical Center in Toms River. He was born in Minersville, PA to Paul and Veronica Bausis. Chester then moved to Keyport where he lived all of his life. He was a, graduate of Rutgers University, served his country in the US Air Force in the Korean War. He was then a Property and Casualty Insurance Producer and Owner for Riverside Insurance Associates in Toms River. Chester had a great sense of humor, was very caring and compassionate to all. He was a communicant of St. Joseph’s RC Church, and as a young boy served as an altar server and then as an usher. Chester is predeceased by his parents Paul and Veronica, and his loving wife Patricia and his sister Eleanor Hodges. He is survived by his daughter Eve Castillo of Whiting, and a brother Paul of Tennessee. Visitation will be held Friday May19, 2017 from 9-12am at the funeral home. There will be a funeral home prayer service at 11:30am. Interment will follow at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Keyport
