My deepest sympathy to the entire family of Skippy (Fred) Cooley~
(I posted here on Friday, but it never took for some reason)

I've known Skip for many years, since childhood. I have the most fondest memories of growing up with his family on Intone Lane. Every single moment we shared on that block I have pocketed in my heart forever. Everyone was family to each other and the bond was STRONG~

Skip was a kind person, very sincere and funny. I will miss him so much.
I will as most of us share many stories that I remember of him with others, to keep his memory alive and to bring a smile to the people he so loved. I know Fred (Skippy) would love that.

Rest easy and God Speed my friend. Love you to the stars and back! Thanks for touching so many lives with you being here for this brief journey~

Love,

Donna (Donar) Meyer

My sympathy to the Cooley Family

I did what I could to get to NJ this week, but due to other scheduled events...just couldn't do it and I apologize.

My sympathy to all of you...and I feel your grief and realize the pain of what you are all feeling. I remember so many stories and experiences of Skippy, even though most go back to my old Matawan days.. Our families were so close and Skippy was such a big part of it...I always remember him smiling...laughing...and having a good time. Most of all, I remember how obvious it was that his family had meant so much to him. With a family such as the Cooley's, It was just so obvious to see how all of you fit together as a puzzle, and Skippy was such a big part of that puzzle. I miss all the Cooley's...those passed on and all of you remaining.....but today it is Skippy I have been thinking about and praying for. May he rest in peace, and enjoy eternity with all those he loved and with God himself. God Bless all of you..........

Thank you Jim Duffy for bringing back that memory of Skippy. I remember when Skip promised us he would get us that hot chocolate machine. But that's the kind of guy that he was. He made us all smile and we were all better for knowing him. I'm thankful that Skip and I reconnected recently on Facebook. My deepest condolences to all of the Cooley family.
